Boremasters provide high quality boring tool services such as; The Boremasters System, Spacegauge, Special Tooling, Solid Carbide Grooving Tools and QCH 0 Quick Change Holders.

The Boremaster System

The Boremaster system comprises a complete range of Tungsten Carbide tipped, HSS and solid Carbide tools with a complimentary range of ancillary equipment to facilitate accuracy in the workplace.

Spacegauge

A precision gauged instrument to enable accurate pre-setting of all boring equipment in situ for total accuracy. (Capacity: 0" - 6", 0 - 150mm, 6" - 12", 150 - 300mm, 12" - 18", 300 - 450mm)

Also available is our Limpet Spacegauge Tool, which is a compact tool pre-setting device. (Capacity: 0" - 2", 0 - 50mm)

Solid Carbide Grooving Tools

The Solid Carbide Grooving Tools are a range of internal grooving tools for small applications, minimum bore diameter 5.8mm, 8mm shank to suit our QCH 08-16 holder. Special width and radius tools can be supplied to order.

QCH - Quick Change Holders

Quick Change Holders for Spacemaker boring and SCGT grooving tools. Available in 20mm (10mm range) l6mm (8mm range). Imperial equivalent and square holders are also available.

Holder orientates tool height correctly, through a spindle coolant feature. Boxed set includes five tools, holder and key.
